Investment follow-up management is an important part of industrial investment,it includes monitoring management and value-added services.Most of the state-owned industrial investment funds are led by the government.There are agency risk and more government intervention in the investment follow-up management,and it lacks value-added services.For lack of the management talents,the management level is not good enough.This paper presents a special share arrangements and other incentive and restraint mechanisms to reduce agency risk;introduce and mobilize social resources to provide value-added services for enterprises;accelerate the promotion of limited partnership and establish special committees to reduce the government intervention;corporate with foreign investment funds and strengthen internal learning to improve investment follow-up management.
