| 摘 要： | 金融危机以来,钢铁工业进入产能过剩和行业周期性低谷期,传统的管理方法已不适应于钢铁企业的发展.本文突破企业传统价值链条,构筑价值链网管理新的体系,并对其实施进行了优化决策,还建立了价值链网管理实施效果评价指标体系,为推动钢铁企业的发展提供了科学依据.

| Abstract: | Since the financial crisis, the iron and steel industry enter the industry overcapacity and cyclical trough period, the traditional management methods could not adapt to the iron and steel enterprises development. This paper breaks through the traditional value chain of enterprises, tries to build the new value chain network management system, optimize the decision of implementation, and established the implementation effect evaluation index system of value chain management, and aims to provide a scientific basis for promoting the development of iron and steel enterprises. |
