| 摘 要： | 商业银行发展国债业务是经济发达国家的普遍做法，也是中国商业银行适应金融自由化和加入WTO的必然选择。在剖析我国商业银行发展国债业务对金融政策调整影响的基础上，提出加强国债政策与财政政策、货币政策协调配合的政策建议。
