| Abstract: | This paper intensively studies the current situation and matters with regard to the intellectual property financing held by USA,Germany,Japan and Korea,and analyzes relevant market mechanisms and experiences in these developed countries,also explores the primal barrier of the intellectual property financing in our country,gives some advice about the establishment of service mechanism,enhancement of credit mechanism and exerting the function of our government. |
