| Abstract: | This Paper takes the institutional investors as the special institutional arrangement, and with the basic principle of the NIE, we discuss what the institutional investors is theoretically. Then from the institutional perspective, we analyse the different regulation & supervision modes of the securities investment fund in the international environment and some valuable experiences are finally summarized. |
