2013年广西壮族自治区金融运行报告

2013年,面对国内外复杂多变的经济形势,广西各部门认真贯彻落实国家和地方相关政策措施,在稳增长的同时注重调结构转方式,产业结构进一步优化,积极培育先进制造业、战略性新兴产业和现代服务业的新增长点,消费模式不断升级,内生经济发展动力逐步增强。金融业继续保持平稳健康运行,银行业通过调整信贷结构引导产业结构优化,提高经济增长的质量和效益;直接融资发展取得多项突破;证券业和保险业发展势头良好;金融生态环境不断优化。经济金融继续保持协调发展。展望2014年,广西仍面临艰巨的产业结构调整压力,但同时也有重大发展机遇,获批建设沿边金融综合改革试验区、珠江-西江经济带上升为国家战略等一系列改革红利将给广西经济发展带来新的动力。广西金融业将继续执行稳健的货币政策,积极盘活存量、优化增量,进一步优化信贷结构,加快发展直接融资,为经济增长和转型升级提供强大支持。

Guangxi Financial Running Report of 2013

In 2013, faced with the complex and volatile economic conditions at home and aboard, the financial industry in Guangxi continued to maintain the steady healthy operation and banking industry adjusted the credit structure to optimize the industrial structure and improve the quality of economic growth. A number of breakthroughs have been made in the development of direct financing. Securities and insurance industries have maintained a good momentum. The financial ecological environment has been constantly optimized. All showed that economy and finance still develop sustainable and harmonious. In 2014, Guangxi still face the pressure of industry restructuring, while also has great opportunities. A series of reforming bonus like the approval of financial reform pilot area and the Pearl-west River eco- nomic belt promote to be national strategy, would bring new impetus of economic development to Guangxi. Guangxi financial industry will continue to carry out the steady monetary policy, positively stimulate the stock amount and optimize the incremental amount, further improve the credit structure, speed up the development of direct finance to provide a strong support for the economic growth and reforming promotion.
