| 摘 要： | 跨境贸易人民币结算试点工作全面推开,标志着人民币国际化的程度进一步加深。随着海外人民币资金的增多,完善人民币回流渠道日益迫切。本文分析了人民币回流现状及其制约因素,在此基础上,提出我国要进一步完善外汇管理制度,通过扩展跨境贸易人民币结算范围、建立人民币离岸中心、发行人民币基金及债券等有效措施,进一步完善人民币回流渠道,为人民币国际化创造更加有利的条件。

| Abstract: | On the basis of analysis of the status and constraints of RMB return,this artical proposes to further improve China's foreign exchange management system by extending the scope of cross-border trade in RMB,setting up offshore center,issuing RMB fund and bond,so as to further improve the RMB return channel and create more favorable conditions for RMB internationalization. |
