| 摘 要： | 本文通过信贷扩张分析,表明我国信贷弹性波动较大、信贷密度增长较快、信贷深度显著增强;把信贷市场发展分为三个阶段,将1997年命名为中国信贷市场"二元转化年".从信贷集权与分权角度深入探讨了信贷市场变迁动力,明确提出了金融能量守恒的定律;通过计量模型证明二元信贷与二元经济高度相关.本文建议大力发展绿色信贷市场,开创金融机构的"蓝海战略",创新多种信贷产品,强化信贷有效竞争.
