| 摘 要： | 泛珠三角区域产业发展的阶段性、层次性、互补性使得区域产业合作和转移具有可能。在泛珠地区产业转移中,区域产业结构同质化、金融服务层次不高以及规范化制度的缺乏等因素严重制约了泛珠三角产业合作和转移。搭建产业群新型融资平台、强化＂泛珠＂区域产业整体布局和规划以及建立＂泛珠＂地区地方立法协调机制或许能成为破除泛珠三角区域产业合作障碍的有效路径。

| Abstract: | It is possible to make industrial transfer and cooperation in the Pan-PRD region,considering the different development stages,hierarchy and complementary structure of industry.In the Industrial transfer of the Pan-PRD region,the homogenization of regional industrial structure,low-level financial service,the lack of standardized systems and other factors severely restrict the industrial transfer and cooperation of the Pan-PRD.The approaches that build a new financing platform,strengthen the overall layout and establish the local legislative coordination mechanisms may get rid of the obstacles of industrial cooperation in Pan-PRD region. |
