| 摘 要： | 本文从国际政治角度来分析国际货币体系的演进过程，阐述了国际政治因素与国际货币体系的之间的因果关系，认为国际货币体系改革的关键在于公权力的形成而非“理想设计”，建议以多极均势的策略制衡美国金融霸权、最终构建超主权货币。同时，中国应该依据自身的实力积极推进构建新秩序。

| Abstract: | This article analyzes the evolution of the international monetary system from the perspective of international politics, describes the relationship between the international political factors and the international monetary system.It thinks that the key of the international monetary system reform is the formation of public power rather than the ＂ ideal design ＂ , then proposes that multi-polar balance of power strategy to balance the U.S. financial hegemony, so as to build super-sovereign currency. Meanwhile, China should actively promote to build a new order based on its own strength. |
