金融团购的风险管理

金融团购的研究在我国处于起步阶段。它在降低金融产品服务的交易成本,降低高投资起点理财产品的门槛,使投资者获得较高投资回报率的同时,也存在着四方面风险,即金融环境风险、第三方操作风险、法律缺失风险和金融团购产品的特殊风险。对此,需要通过政府、金融机构、消费者三方面努力,完善相应的运作机制、法律规制。

The research on financial group buying is still in the initial stage in our country. It plays a prominent role in re- ducing transaction cost of financial products and services, lowering high investment starting point of the financial products, and making investors get higher return on investment. At the same time, financial group buying also faces four kinds of risks-financial environment risk, the third party operation risk, lack of law risk and financial products＇ specific risks. In light of the above factors, we need to reduce financial group buying＇s risks, through improving the corresponding operating mech- anism and the legal regulation, by efforts of the government, financial institutions and customers.
