According to a survey, private capital is vigorously involved in debit and credit activities in Ningbo, where underground banks have developed rapidly and private speculation in housing is rampant. Their destructive impact should arrest due attention from department concerned. In order to direct private capital onto correct investment paths, open up more investment channels, shun misinvestment, avoid investment channels being clogged up, reduce speculation in housing and check the price of real estate from rising and solve bottleneck for capital-thirst private enterprises, corresponding countermeasures are proposed.
