| 摘 要： | 资金、信息、人才是商业银行经营发展的三大核心要素.信息作为银行经营的核心要素之一,信息流已是商业银行经营发展的生命线,管理信息能力(效率)已成为衡量商业银行综合竞争力的重要指标.本文从研究西方商业银行管理信息体系发展情况和工商银行管理信息体系的现状入手,提出了构建工商银行管理信息体系的系统架构和组织架构的初步设想.

| Abstract: | Capital, information and talents are the three core components of the operation and development of commercial banks with information flow as their lifeline. Competence in managing information is an important indicator gauging the overall competitiveness of commercial banks. This paper begins with a study of how commercial banks in western countries develop their management information system and the reality of ICBC in this area and then proposes tentatively a system and an organizational structure on which ICBC establishes a management information system. |
