我国体制变革中非银行金融机构发展分析

市场经济国家的发展历程表明,随着经济的发展,金融资产的规模会不断扩大,体现金融上层结构与经济基础结构之间关系的金融相关率会不断提高;银行在金融机构资产总额中的比例会趋于下降,同时,非银行金融机构(除中央银行和商业银行之外的一切金融机构)的比重则显著提高.本文分析了市场经济国家与我国在金融深化过程中金融结构演变的特征,发现我国非银行金融机构总量不足,内部结构不合理,严重制约了金融体系效率提高和实体经济的健康发展.对此,作者提出了发展我国非银行金融机构的基本定位和具体对策,并对非银行金融机构的发展前景进行了展望.

Analysis of the Development of Nonbanking Financial Institutions in China's Transformation from Planned Economy to Market Economy

It is showed by the development of countries of market economy that along with the economic development, financial assets will grow in size, finan cial interrelations ratio that represents the relationship between financial sup erstructure and basic economic structure will increase; banks will suffer a decr ease in the proportion of total financial assets, while nonbanking financial ins titutions (all financial institutions except central bank and commercial banks) will experience a drastic rise in the proportion. After an analysis is made of t he features of financial evolution between countries of market economy and China in the course of financial deepening, it is found that nonbanking institutions in our country are short numbered and unreasonably structured internally, making it hard for financial system to raise efficiency and economy de facto to develo p in a healthy manner. To develop nonbanking institutions in our country, a basi c positioning and concrete measures are proposed and their future development is envisioned.
