| 摘 要： | 通过科技保险转移企业技术创新活动中面临的科技风险,对促进我国科技进步和经济发展有着重要意义。本文在调研的基础上,研究了国内外科技保险的理论研究和保险实践,描述了企业从事技术创新活动中科技风险的特点、国内科技保险的需求和供给,探讨了我国现行科技保险体系存在的问题并给出了改进建议。

| Abstract: | Technology insurance helps to transfer technology risk during the enterprises'technical innovation activities,which plays an important part on our technical progress and economic development.This article reviewed the theory and application of technology insurance,described the characteristics of technology risk and demand & supply of technology insurance,discussed the existing problems of our technology insurance system,and offered some improvement suggestions. |
