| 摘 要： | 电子货币是传统货币在信息革命时代的延伸，随着2004《中华人民共和国电子签名法》的出台，有关电子货币的法律问题逐渐浮出水面，引起人们的关注。本文从内涵和外延两个方面对电子货币的概念进行界定，以期对电子货币的立法研究奠定理论基础。
