| Abstract: | The law of state supervision of insurance companies stipulates a fit and proper test for directors of insurance undertakings, insurance holding companies, mixed financial holding companies, pension scheme, pension funds and loss assessors. The article addresses the questions how the fit and proper test should be applied and what kind of problems will come up in practical cases. |
