| 摘 要： | 随着社会信用体系建设的不断深化,企业和个人等信用市场主体对信用修复需求不断扩大,完善信用修复机制对我国社会信用体系建设和社会管理具有重要意义。为完善信用修复制度,应加强对信用修复标准、流程、责任监督的研究,完善信用修复立法,健全"红黑名单"管理制度,加强以信用修复为主要内容的征信宣传教育,鼓励设立民间信用修复机构。
