| 摘 要： | 我国商业银行在经过股份制改造上市后面临着急需提升风险管理水平。本文针对现阶段商业银行操作风险发生的成因与主要表现形式、操作风险管理与监管存在的问题,提出了商业银行操作风险管理体系构建的建议,目的在于强化操作风险管理,提高商业银行风险管理的整体水平,提升我国商业银行的竞争力,有效防范全球金融危机。
