On Improving the Effect of Managing Liquidity Surplus of Grass-roots Branches of Central Bank

Managing liquidity surplus is one of duties of grass- roots branches of central bank. The article studies the transduction pathway of grass- roots branches' policies of managing liquidity surplus and difficulties they are con- fronting.
