| 摘 要： | 征信系统建设是社会信用体系建设的基础和重要组成部分，随着市场经济的发展，征信系统在防范信贷风险方面发挥愈来愈重要的作用。国家开发银行立足国情，以开发性金融为工具，积极推进信用建设，弥补制度缺失，为征信系统建设、进而社会信用体系建设做出重要贡献。

With the economic development, credit investigation system plays increasing role in preventing credit risk. China Development Bank, focusing on China＇s features, with the help of development finance, has developed construction of credit system, improved systematical defects, and contributed greatly to the construction of credit investigation and social credit system. |
