| 摘 要： | 公平主要指经济领域中，不同利益主体在财富或收入分配上的平等制度。效率指在资源的有效配置，即帕累托最优状态下，社会经济生产总值的有效增长。通过构建公平与效率的理论模型，分析不同因素的变化对公平与效率均衡的影响和社会福利最佳均衡点的选择。提出构建和谐社会中，公平与效率的“度”的把握对策。

| Abstract: | Fairness refers to equality system of various interest main bodies in wealth allocation or revenue allocation. Efficiency refers to the effective growth of total output value of social economy under the condition of Pareto Optimality---effective allotment of resources. This paper analyzes the equilibrium effect of fairness and efficiency caused by the variance of different factors, and the choice of optimal equilibrium point of social welfare through the establishment of theoretical model of fairness and efficiency, and bring forward some advice about the certainty of limits around fairness and efficiency in building up the harmonious society. |
