| 摘 要： | 目前我国金融业呈现金融企业前台经营与后台服务业务分离,企业为提高核心竞争力,纷纷将金融后台服务外包出去已成发展趋势。本文从当前金融后台服务外包的发展特点、主要制约因素入手,提出了加快发展上海金融后台服务外包的对策与建议。

| Abstract: | Our financial sector has the trend that more and more front-desk services and back-office services will be separated,and the latter will be outsourced in order to improve their core competitiveness.This paper analyzes the current developing characteristics of the outsourcing business and the major constraints,then proposes measures of accelerating the development of outsourcing business in Shanghai. |
