| 摘 要： | 金融人才缺乏的问题已严重制约了我国金融业进一步发展,在推进上海国际金融中心建设中,人才培养尤为重要。高校是人才培养的主要阵地,高校金融专业人才培养必须适应我国经济发展,适应上海国际金融中心建设的要求。本文分析了高校金融人才培养过程中存在的诸多问题,提出了高校金融专业人才培养模式上进行创新、发展、变革的建议。

| Abstract: | The shortage of financial personnel has seriously restricted the further development of China’s financial industry.In the construction of Shanghai international financial center,future personnel training is particularly important.Universities are the main position in future personnel education.The financial professional education in higher schools must adapt to the development of China’s economy and the requirements of the construction of SIFC.This paper analyzes the problems of future personnel education in Chinese higher schools,and offers recommendations for the reform of financial personnel education in higher schools. |
