浅论高校校友资源的开发与管理

随着高等教育改革的深入发展，我国高校校友工作在理论水平、实践活动等各方面得到广泛发展。越来越多的高校开始重视校友工作，利用校友力量支持学校发展。本文分析了开发校友资源对高校发展的价值和意义，比较分析了国内外开发和管理校友资源的现状。在此基础上，本文对我国高校如何进一步开发和管理校友资源提出了建议。

Development and Management of University Alumni Resources

With the advancement of higher education reform, university alumni work has developed rapidly in theory and practice. More and more universities begins to attach importance to alumni work and take advantage of alumni resources to accelerate their growth.This paper analyzes the merit of alumni work in the growth of universities, and compares the status quo of development and management of alumni resources both home and broad. Based on the above, this paper makes some proposals on how to further the development and management of alumni resources.
