| 摘 要： | 随着新冠肺炎疫情对经济冲击的加剧,全球经济面临衰退风险。以美联储为代表的多国央行降息,利率再度降至历史低位,部分经济体负利率程度进一步加深。作者主要论述了全球负利率政策的基本情况、原因和经济影响,并针对多国负利率政策对我国的影响,提出了相应的政策建议。

| Abstract: | Faced with the pressure of economic downturn,many central banks have announced interest rate cuts or even cut interest rates several times,setting off a new round of global monetary easing.This paper analyzes its causes and economic impact,and puts forward the corresponding policy recommendations for China in view of the impact of negative interest rate policy on China. |
