| Abstract: | With the deepening financial crisis,financial institutions in underdeveloped regions especially the banking sector are facing a severe test.Slow-down in economic growth,frustrated in investment and consumer confidence,weak in capital markets and poor prospects for the leading industries all affected the operation and management of financial institutions. |
