| Abstract: | Financial holding Group with industrial background is an important way for the real economy sector in China to grow up. While they have to face many problems such as imperfect synergistic mechanism, insufficient synergistic effect, and the integration of industry and finance is insufficient both in depth and breadth. In this paper, we summarized the industrial finance theories both in domestic and aboard, analyzed the motivation of the industrial financial holding group, and pointed out the deficiencies of the industrial financial holding group in synergistic effect. Based on the advantages of the industrial financial holding group, this paper probed the measures to improve the synergistic mechanism of it horizontally and vertically. |
