| Abstract: | In this paper, basing on introduction to the essential content of the REITs, combining theories about financial development and innovation, the author points out the REITs is the result not only of financial development, but also of financial innovation. Meanwhile, it further accelerates the development of finance itself, promoting the efficiency of social resource allocation improved. |
