| 摘 要： | 本文对国内学者关于金融效率的各种表述进行了概要的考察,并对金融效率的概念重新作了界定,认为金融效率就是一国金融资源的配置状态,具体包括微观金融效率(即金融产业本身的投入产出率)和宏观金融效率(即金融资源的配置效率)两个方面.以此为基础设计了储蓄率、储蓄投资转化率等16个指标来反映我国的金融效率,构成一个适合我国国情的金融效率评价指标体系.

| Abstract: | This paper generally reviews various concepts of financial efficiency given by national scholars, and makes a renewed definition for financial efficiency. It suggests that financial efficiency represents the allocation situation of national financial resources, including micro-and macro-financial efficiency, namely input-output rate of finance and allocation efficiency of financial resources. Then it makes sixteen indices to reflect the financial efficiency in China, involving savings rate index, transformation rate index of savings into investment, etc, and constructs an evaluation index system of financial efficiency adapting to the situation of China. |
