| 摘 要： | 在中国农村金融体系残缺的情况下，发展仓单系统可以有效地改善农民缺乏贷款质物的现况，提高农民的信贷可得性；而对现有标准仓单的综合利用，则可以有效改善期货市场投资人的资金运用效率，从而使金融市场具有更高的运行效率。

| Abstract: | In the deformity of China rural finance system, developing the warehouse receipts system will improve effectively the situation that Chinese peasants are lack of loan pledges and increase availability of credit loan to Chinese peasants. A comprehensive utilization of the present standardized warehouse receipts can effectively raise the money utilization efficiency of futures market investors, hence having a higher operation efficiency of the financial market. |
