| 摘 要： | 在中小出口企业数量和出口量日益增长以及人民币汇率单边升值预期背景下,短期出口信用保险下贸易融资对应收账款账期较长和资金压力比较大的中小出口企业有着较强的吸引力,对融资银行来说,识别和防范风险显得尤其重要.
