我国金融科技监管挑战及应对

通过分析金融科技风险及监管困境,结合我国互联网金融风险专项整治工作经验,阐述了我国金融科技监管在监管原则、监管时机选择、运作机制、中央与地方双层监管、金融业综合统计体系建设、金融消费者保护力度六个方面所面临的挑战,借鉴美国金融科技监管穿透式监管、金融消费者保护等经验,提出了进一步做好我国金融科技监管工作的建议。

Challenges and Solutions of Financial Technology Regulation in China

Firstly,this paper analyses financial technology’s risks and regulation’s dilemma.It introduces clean-up internet finance in china.Then it elaborates challenges faced by China’s financial technology regulation:regulation principles,timing of regulation,operation mechanism,central and local double-level regulation,financial comprehensive statistical system construction and financial consumer protection.Finally,based on the experience of penetrating regulation and financial consumer protection in the United States,this paper puts forward several suggestions for improving financial technology regulation in China.
