我国征信市场的培育与发展

摘    要:自20世纪90年代以来,我国信用市场经过十几年的风风雨雨,已逐步走向成熟,征信体系初见成效,且市场化运作模式基本形成.但由于传统的信用观念影响,政府、银行、企业、个人对征信市场的标准化发展在认识上重视不一,操作上"摸石头过河",因此,我国的征信供给市场不规范,征信需求市场不成熟,征信体系还不够完善.为推动征信体系快速健康发展,必须对征信供需两大市场进行基础性的培育和规范.

Abstract:The credit market in China has attained maturity steadily after undergoing a dozen of years of trials and hardships since 1990S. The credit information system has given initial results and the market operation model is taking shape. However, owing to the influence of traditional credit idea, the government, banks, firms and customers have not attached much weight to the standardization of credit market, and the operation procedures move steadily. In fact, the supply market of credit information does not conform to the standard; the demand market of credit information is immature; and the credit information system is far from perfection. In order to promote the rapid and healthy development of credit information system, the government must foster and normalize these two markets on the fundamental norms.
