| 摘 要： | 考试是检查和评定学生学习成绩和教师教学效果的一种手段。文章结合对《房地产经济学》这门课程的教学实践，对该课程考试方法改革后的绩效进行评价和总结。指出考试方法改革能较好的促进学生自主学习积极性，但是需结合课程特点不断优化教学方法和考试方案，并提出相关建议。
