| 摘 要： | 我国中部地区在政策上的支持落后于其他地区，又因自然条件的限制形成了中部塌陷的迹象。文章通过我国中部区域差距分析，提出河南省通过区域发展、开辟第三产业、改善金融环境等政策，促进河南快速崛起。
