The medium-and-small-sized enterprises is more important in developing economy,creating jobs and making the society stable than the big ones.Therefore,the management to them should be based on the industry policies,the financial channel for them should be enlarged,the social service system should be set up quickly,the relationship of cooperation based on division of labour should be push forward,the benefit of theirs should be defended,the interior and exterior environment of theirs should be improved and some policy supports should be given to them.
