| 摘 要： | 媒体融资是一道充满矛盾而又必须解开的难题。出于舆论安全等方面的考虑,媒体融资在我国一直受到种种政策上的限制,使其发展十分缓慢,目前已严重制约传媒业的发展。解决媒体融资的问题,需要涉及许多方面,而其中较为重要的、具有关键性作用的,是要处理好媒体融资共性与特性、媒体融资与舆论安全、投资与产权、理想环境与现实操作四大方面的关系。

| Abstract: | The medium financing is contradictory but it is a dilemma which should be solved.The development of the medium financing is lagging because of the restraints from the various policies of our country.In order to solve this problem,four relationships should be dealt well with,eg.Common and special characters of the medium financing;the medium financing and safety of the public opinion;investment and equity;ideal environment and real operation. |
