| 摘 要： | 成熟的农业产业化经营在很大的程度上弱化了农业风险。但作为一种尚不成熟的农业产业化经营,潜藏着各种经营风险,包括市场风险、技术风险、违约风险和自然风险。农业产业化经营风险具有客观性、多样性和隐含性,农业产业化经营主体应针对不同风险,采取不同措施,有效化解和规避风险。

| Abstract: | The mature practice of agricultural industrialization has weakened the agricultural risk in greet degree.But as an immature practice of agricultural industrialization,there still exist various risks,such as market,technological,contract breaching and natural risks.So different countermeasures should be taken to dissolve and parry these risks because of their objectivity,diversification and implication. |
