| 摘 要： | 循环经济的产生推动了理论界对人类可持续发展的研究。循环经济即节约经济、持久经济、相伴经济意义上的生态经济。循环经济的操作原则是5R原则，即减量化原则、再使用原则、再循环原则、资源的再生性原则、资源的替代原则。

| Abstract: | The appearance of the cycle economy pushes the research of the sustainable development in the theoretical circle. The cycle economy means the provident economy, persistent economy, ecological economy combining with the meaning of economy, the practice principle of the cycle economy is 5R, which means decrement principle, reduse principle, recycle principle, regenerated principle of the resource, and the substitute principle of the resource. |
