| 摘 要： | 振兴东北老工业基地是党和国家全面推进小康社会建设和社会和谐发展的重要举措.坚持科学发展理念,东北经济振兴既需要国家政策的强力扶持,又要制定和确立好经济发展方略.而产业集群发展模式是提高区域竞争力的重要战略选择,东北经济区在经济发展过程中应当立足于现有工业基础和资源优势,并借助产业集群发展政策体系的扶持,尽快培育出具有一定优势的集群产业.

| Abstract: | Vitalizing traditional northeast industrial base is one of important measures that the whole party and country take during building a moderately prosperous society in all respects and developing the sound and fast society. Based on the scientific outlook on development, the revival of northeast economy needs the strong support of national policies. It is necessary to establish and formulate good economic development strategies. While the development patterns of industrial cluster is an important strategic choice of improving regional competitive ability. Based on the existing industrial foundation and resources superiority, northeast economic zone should build some industrial cluters with some advantages under the support of development system of industrial cluster. |
