| 摘 要： | 农民工是我国经济社会转型时期的特殊范畴。农民工与城镇职工相比,既不能同工同酬,又不能享受同等福利待遇。农民工所具有的廉价劳动力特性,在有效推进我国工业化和城镇化的同时,其负面效应正愈来愈尖锐地暴露出来,值得我们进一步反思。
