| 摘 要： | 企业在经济领域中的种种反伦理行为,极大地危害了企业的生存和发展,阻碍了市场经济体制的健康运行。因此,我国企业在经济体制改革、企业转轨的背景下,在公平开放的国际化竞争中,以何种基本的伦理准则为准绳是一个迫切需要解决的问题。
