| 摘 要： | 供应链能够正常运转的精髓在于企业间的合作,如何处理好合作关系,是供应链成败与否的关键.供应链合作风险包括目标冲突风险、协议风险、信息风险、信任风险及文化差异风险等.防范供应链合作风险应从建立信任机制、动态合同控制、建立有效的激励和利益分配机制,以及增进文化融合等方面入手.

| Abstract: | The normal functioning of the supply chain lies in enterprises' co-operation.Therefore,how to properly deal with a cooperative relationship is the key of a supply chain success or failure.Supply chain co-operation risks include the risk of conflict,of not finding agreement suitable to both parties,of incorrect information,of mistrust and of cultural differences,etc.In order to prevent the supply chain co-operation from these risks it is necessary to build a trust mechanism,a control for dynamic contracts,establish an effective mechanism of stimulation and interest-distribution and promote a multi-cultural fusion. |
