我国证券市场的金融伦理规则及其悖论

从证券市场实践的结果来看,主流经济学所倡导的没有伦理思考,只是追求经济单位自身利益最大化,并用来推导经济学模式的惯性思维受到了市场本身的严重挑战。从证券市场金融伦理冲突与矛盾的现状,我们可以得出金融伦理已经不仅仅涉及到微观个体的行为是否合情合理,而且还直接关系证券市场的核心问题即公平与效率,忽视其存在,将会导致市场的公信力下降,最终影响金融资源的最佳配置和证券市场的高效运行。所以就证券市场而言,法制与道德的建设均不可偏废。
