| 摘 要： | 始于20世纪70年代末的改革开放,为中国私营资本原始积累的产生与发展营造了良好的大环境。农村承包制改革、国有企业改革、引进外资政策的施行,都在解放与促进我国社会生产力的迅速发展,同时也促进了私营资本原始积累的产生与发展。允许一部分地区和一部分人先富起来的政策更是加速中国私营资本原始积累的巨大推动力量。

| Abstract: | The reform and opening-up starting at the end of 1970s created a very favorable macroenvironment for the beginning and development of the original accumulation of the private capital.The contracting system reform in the rural areas,the reform on state-owned enterprise and the policy of introducing overseas capital all emancipate and promote China's productive forces as well as enable it to develop quickly,and at the same time lead to the beginning and development of the original accumulation of the private capital.The policy of allowing a small part of the regions and a small group of people to be rich first is a big pushing force to accelerate the original accumulation of China's private capital. |
