| 摘 要： | 目前,对区域财政问题的研究所见成果并不多。但是区域中心城市财政在促进区域经济发展、提供区域公共产品和服务、行使区域财政管理和调控职能方面有十分重要的作用。因而,要结合中国国情,借鉴已有的经验,适合各地特点,不断推进区域中心城市的财政改革,提高区域中心城市的财政管理水平。

| Abstract: | At present,there are a few achievements on the regional financial problems.But the finance of the regional inner city has played a very important role in promoting the regional economic development,providing trans-regional public products and service,enforcing the regional financial management,regulating functions and so on.Therefore,we should combine our national conditions,make the existed experience for reference,push on the financial reform of the inner city,and improve the financial management level of the regional inner city. |
