| 摘 要： | 科技竞争力是某地区一定时期在科技领域所达到的先进程度的综合反映,是支持国民经济可持续发展目标的科技基础,也是国际竞争力的重要组成部分。因此,科技竞争力成为增强经济实力、促进经济可持续发展的重要因素。对其进行评价与构建,有利于判断区域科技竞争力的走向,帮助地方了解本地区的科技竞争能力并为今后的工作重点提供科学依据。

| Abstract: | The scientific competition is the comprehensive reflection to a certain reign in a period of time on the advanced scientific standard.It is a scientific base on the sustained development of the national economy and also an important part of the international competition.Therefore,the scientific competition has become a key factor to enforce economic strength and to improve the sustained development of economy.How to assess and build up this system is benefit to judge the direction to the scientific competition and to find a way for the future work. |
