| 摘 要： | 解决区域发展非协调性问题、促进区域协调发展是关乎国民经济与社会发展的重大问题之一。目前,我国区域经济发展已经进入了从"非均衡发展"向"协调发展"转换的关键时期;区域发展不平衡格局亟待扭转,缩小区域发展差距的任务十分艰巨。破解区域发展中的各种"非协调性"问题、统筹区域协调发展的关键是要切实依靠政府来主导,强化政府的宏观调控职能。

| Abstract: | To solve the problems of non-coordination in regional development and promote the balanced regional development is one of the major issues related to the national economic and social development.At present,China’s regional economic development has stepped into a critical period from the "unbalanced development" to the " coordinated development".Such imbalance needs to be solved.So narrowing the gap of regional development is very difficult.In order to solve the problems of non-coordination in regional development and make an overall plan about regional coordinated development,it is crucial to rely on the government leading and strengthen the macro-control functions of the government. |
