证券公司数字化财富管理发展模式与路径研究

本文系统研究了证券公司数字化财富管理业务,在重新定义数字化财富管理的内涵、总结境内外典型机构数字化财富管理实践经验的基础上,明确提出了证券公司数字化财富管理面向未来的发展定位、发展模式以及相关政策建议。本文提出,证券公司数字化财富管理发展应贯彻以客户为中心、围绕价值链建设全面数字化体系、线上线下融合发展、用数据驱动业务发展这四大核心定位。同时,本文基于顶层设计及优化监管的视角,提出了促进证券公司数字化财富管理发展的政策建议:一是建立数字化财富管理的统筹监管机制;二是完善证券基金类投顾政策法规;三是加强投顾利益冲突管理;四是扩展账户基础功能;五是明确数字化服务标准。

The Development Mode and Path of Digital Wealth Management Business of Securities Companies

This paper systematically studies the digital wealth management business of securities companies.On the basis of redefining the connotation of digital wealth management and summarizing the practical experience of digital wealth management in domestic and foreign typical institutions,the paper clearly puts forward the orientation and development mode of digital wealth management for future development of securities companies and relevant policy suggestions.This paper proposes that the development of digital wealth management for securities companies should implement four core orientations from the aspects of client focus,building comprehensive digital system around the value chain,integration of online and offline development,and driving business development by data.Meanwhile,from the perspective of top-level design and optimization of supervision,this paper puts forward several policy suggestions for the development of digital wealth management of securities companies from the aspects of coordinating regulation,improving policies on investment advisor,managing conflict of interest,extending account basic function,and confirming digital service standards.
